Foretrace is currently an invited research beta. Commercial operator identification and a business correspondence address are pending; public signup and unrestricted purchasing remain closed. You can contact the operator through Support.
Independent research
Foretrace explains prediction markets using third-party market data, independently collected evidence and AI probability estimates. We are independent of Polymarket, do not operate an exchange, do not place trades, and do not hold trading deposits or wallet private keys. Reports are general research, not personalised investment advice. You remain responsible for checking resolution rules, sources, prices and your own eligibility to use another platform.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Use the service only where it is lawful for you. Access to Foretrace does not establish that trading on Polymarket is available or lawful in your location. Do not bypass another platform’s geographic or eligibility restrictions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials private. Do not share subscriptions, automate abusive requests, bypass quotas, probe other users’ data, submit malicious content or resell reports without permission. We may limit or suspend abusive access proportionately. Contact Support if you believe a restriction is mistaken; suspensions do not remove your statutory rights.
What a membership includes
The current offer is USD 14.99 for 30 days and 30 successfully delivered fresh reports. Valid shared reports and repeat views do not use fresh-report credits. Failed or insufficient-evidence requests do not consume a completed-report credit. Availability depends on source quality, provider access and system capacity. Some markets cannot receive a defensible estimate. A successful report is not a promise that its prediction will be correct.
Uncertainty and availability
AI can misunderstand or omit evidence and produce incorrect estimates. Market prices, executable quotes and source information can change after a report is produced. No win rate, trading profit or advantage over the market is guaranteed. We aim to make failures visible, but do not promise uninterrupted service. If we materially fail to supply a paid service, contact Support for an appropriate remedy.
Payments, renewal and cancellation
Purchases are paid through Plisio on the exact network shown on the invoice. Renewals are manual; we do not automatically charge your wallet. The Payment & renewal policy explains activation, credits, cancellations and refunds and forms part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
Content and third-party services
Foretrace’s original interface and research are provided for your own use. Third-party names, market information, articles and images remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. A source link does not grant you permission to redistribute that source. Third-party services have their own terms; Foretrace is not responsible for their trading decisions or settlements.
Problems, changes and applicable law
Use Support for complaints, payment problems or privacy requests. We record the policy version accepted with a purchase and do not retroactively change that purchase’s terms. Material changes apply to future purchases and will be disclosed before checkout. Subject to mandatory protections in your country, the intended operating jurisdiction is England and Wales. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
