If EIP-4844 "Proto-Danksharding" (https://eips.ethereum.org/EIPS/eip-4844) is implemented on the Ethereum mainnet by December 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market is the Ethereum blockchain, which can be explored here: https://etherscan.io.
